Exhibitors and Sponsors at our annual educational conference have the unique opportunity to interact with fire safety professionals representing government from towns, cities, counties, and the State of Tennessee. Our attendees range from firefighters to fire inspectors, plans examiners, Fire Marshals, and Fire Chiefs. The private sector is represented as well as with architects, engineers, and fire protection contractors from the fire sprinkler industry as well as the alarm industry. Many of these individuals are responsible for purchasing or recommending the purchase of not only fire prevention and education materials but also equipment and other items used in their agencies.
The TFSIA Conference averages 250 attendees per year making this event one of the largest fire service gatherings in the state.
We offer dedicated time with our Exhibitors through scheduled conference breaks and lunches with these activities held in the Exhibit Hall. This means more opportunities for interaction between attendees and Exhibitors. During the week, several items are given away as door prizes with the drawings and announcements also held in the Exhibit Hall. Frequently, many exhibitors will also donate items as door prizes to further expand their brand and awareness.
As an Exhibitor, you will receive a 10′ x 10′ booth space with table and chairs for a cost of only $500. For additional adjacent space, it’s only $250 per area (also with table and chairs). Electrical service, additional tables, and internet service are available through Embassy Suites. Generally, setup for the Exhibit Hall begins on the Tuesday of the conference with doors opening for attendees at 9:30 am on Wednesday during our first scheduled break. The Exhibit Hall is also open during lunch and the following breaks through breakdown on Thursday afternoon.
The TFSIA Educational Conference offers many opportunities for various types and levels of Sponsorships. For as little as $250, your company or organization can be advertised to our attendees through marketing materials and information on a large projection image in the Exhibit Hall. Looking for more? Consider becoming a Break Sponsor, Boxed Lunch Sponsor, or Thursday Luncheon Sponsor. Each of these provides you with increasing levels of exposure to our attendees.
